About Me
Hello, I'm Lilly
I am a garden designer based in South West London, creating bespoke gardens that are beautiful, functional and thoughtfully connected to the homes they surround.
I have been working in garden design for over 20 years, and I love the process of transforming an outdoor space into somewhere people genuinely enjoy spending time all year round.
My background combines horticulture, technical drawing and garden design. I began my training in Germany, including time working with the renowned tree nursery Lorenz von Ehren, before studying Garden Design at Middlesex University in London.
Over the years, I have worked alongside architects, interior designers and skilled landscapers, gaining experience in every aspect of creating a garden, from the first sketches to the finishing details.
Today, I run my own garden design practice, working closely with each client to create individual gardens that reflect their home, lifestyle and personality.
I love combining beautiful planting with interesting materials, carefully considered proportions and those little details that make a garden feel special. For me, the most rewarding part is seeing a design become a space that people truly love living in.
